Summary/Abstract: The article offers an analysis of curricula in Bulgarian language, literature and ethnology by the Hungarian Ministry of Education and Culture for the purpose of teaching Bulgarian as a mother tongue in Hungary. They are oriented towards communication skills of the Bulgarian language in real communicative situations and to develop tolerant intercultural relations among students.
