Summary/Abstract: In February 2019, amendments were brought to the Justice laws: Law no. 303/2004 on the statute of judges and prosecutors, Law no. 304/2004 on judicial organization, Law no. 317/2004 regarding the Superior Council of Magistracy. Moreover, in the same month it was amended as follows: Law no. 362/2018 on ensuring a high common level of security of network and information systems, as well as the Regulation on the organization and operation of the Ministry of Justice, the Senate Regulation Furthermore, in February it was published as follows: The procedure for the emergency response in domestic violence cases and the G.E.O. no. 6/2019 regarding certain measures for a better organization and conduct of elections for the Romanian members of the European Parliament in the year 2019.
