Summary/Abstract: The article presents pedagogical and ergonomic considerations at developing multimedia learning environment for students in computer sciences. Pedagogical considerations concern the application of psycho-pedagogical theories of learning – behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism and traditional stages of cognitive act – contemplation, thinking, practice. As a software product the multimedia environment provides the achievement of the established ergonomic standards for Human Computer Interface, specified as general usability and pedagogical usability.
