Summary/Abstract: The present study aims to present the main benchmarks of civil liability of the bailiffs for professional malpractice from the perspective of the legislative framework, contemporary doctrine and jurisprudence. The topic in question brings to discussion a number of specific issues, as this assumption of responsibility is concretized as a special one, which is distant from the traditional guidelines, and it is not possible to have a strict contractual or tortuous cataloging.
