Unconstitutionality of provisions of Article 8 of the Act on Attorneys-at-law

Summary/Abstract: The provision of Article 8 of the Public Procurement Law Act is not in compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland in terms of the scope, in which it provides for the majority of restrictions on the freedom of choice of organizational and legal forms of exercising the profession of an attorney-at-law and should be amended immediately. Continuing to maintain restrictions that violate constitutional guarantees of rights and freedoms not only interfere with the rule of law, but also negatively affect the functioning and development of the legal market in Poland.
