Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the normative basis of the constitutional complaint, regarded as a mean for the protection of basic human rights. After a short analysis of legal practices related to the constitutional complaint, some de lege ferenda postulates are formulated, which include proposals of the constitutional amendments.
