Summary/Abstract: Heavenly Kingdom does not only stand for eternal blissfulness, it is primarily God's rule on this Earth that began with Jesus Christ, It is required from believers to build this world for the next one. The three chapters of The Sermon on the Mountain, introduced by the be atitudes of Jesus (Mt 5,3 - I2) represent the plon Jesus has for each believer. This is a Christian manifest, the foundation and source of our Christian activities, and because of that it must be reflected in politics. The characteristics that are to be seen in all the new citizens of the messiah's kingdom led by the example of our perfect heavenly Father (Mt 5, 48) present the foundations of corporate life of people in general, which means for each state and each society apart. Jesus did not leave "constitution" to his disciples, although they were new citizens of the Kingdom.
