Summary/Abstract: In the Great War for National Reunification (1916-1918) army specialists întransmissions, inventive and intelligent, managed to devise the best solutions for achieving efficient and reliable transmission systems that ensured high-quality connections between commands (command posts) despite the poor endowment and the small number of troops. A remarkable contribution în this regard was brought by professor engineer Dimitrie Leonida, who received from the Great General Headquarters the task of urgently setting up a telegraph post-în Roman for TFF communications (wireless telegraphy) of the Romanian army between Moldova and Muntenia.
