Abuse of Psychoactive Substances by Children and Youth in the Community

Summary/Abstract: Abuse of psychoactive substances by children and young people has its own specifics and brings a large number of consequences for users. Community sharing, among other things, the common values, culture and mutual social interactions of individuals, families and groups, it affects all participants in this territory. Protective and risk factors of the community in which children and youth live create an environment who are involved in risk behaviors (use of psychoactive substances) and delinquency of children and youth. This paper reports selected results of the protective and risk factors of community respondents research ISRD3.
