Summary/Abstract: Deciding is a complex process of making many decisions at different levels and in different decision-making places, and it is under the influence of many factors on which the quality of the decisions made depends. In extensive literature in the field of decision-making theory, different authors differ on different classifications of factors that influence decision-making. In spite of the fact that there are some similarities between them, and differences in classifying, it can be said that in general terms, we distinguish objectivity and subjective decision-making factors. This paper will discuss subjective decision-making factors.
