The consequences of students’ failures in vocational education

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses a continuous phenomenon of students’ failures in vocational education and presents the consequences of such failures and remedies for preventing them. It further presents the historical background of the researched problem. The effects of educational failures in students’ lives and their professional careers in the ever changing labour market are also shown together with the preventative measures that should be taken in order to limit the number of failures.
