Summary/Abstract: This paper is an overview of the critical theory of communicative interactions in group. The first part of the paper are considered contributions to the understanding of the specific theory of communication and social interaction in primary groups. In the second part of the paper, social interaction, social norms, as well as rules of behavior in groups, are analysed in new media terms. A new concept of Netiquette is analyzed in this paper. It includes social norms or decency, as one of the main rules of behavior and communication on the Internet.
