Criminal Liability of Representatives of Cities and Municipalities

Summary/Abstract: In my article I intend to the criminal liability of officials mainly focused on members of councils of towns and villages. I will address in detail the risks that the performance of such duties arise and circumstances in which the concerns of the people from switching criminal repression leads to a situation where a series of councils are failing, especially in smaller towns and cities occupy.
