Summary/Abstract: Course designing is a complex process which as a result should have a useful and productive course based on the learners’ needs. Work-related courses pose increasing demands on teachers as course designers. This paper aims at investigating necessary steps in the process of designing work-related courses. Course-developing process starts with the analysis of principles, environment and needs, which is followed by making decisions on content and sequencing, format and presentation and monitoring and assessing. Finally, the course is evaluated in order to check if it is successful and where it needs to be improved.
