Has Really "Everyone" Right to Life?

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article will be to critically evaluate the current concept of the constitutional protection of human life in the Czech Republic, in the infancy of its natural development. For this purpose will be by using philosophical and legal analysis of modern embryological knowledge formulate moral and legal status of unborn child. These findings then will be confronted with the current czech legislation of the issue. In this context will be also define consideration de lege ferenda, that the relevant legislation should respect the current findings of scientific knowledge according to which it is necessary to consider that already the zygote is a human person, who has the right to life and human dignity.
