Summary/Abstract: The family is the first and the most important community in which the development of human’s personalities is making. The essential role in the building of the family as a marriage community ecompasses appropiately understood personal dialogue between its members realised in freedom and responsability which in a consequence leads to the engagement in the process of upbringing. The pedagogic concept of one of the representatives of pedagogic idea, the author of the concept of personal-existential pedagogy known as pedagogy of dialogue-father Janusz Tarnowski, forms part of the mainstream of the Christian human’s vision and integral humanism. The upbringing in the teaching of John Paul II thought as <the Pope of the dialogue> is strongly set in the space of universal values of truth, good and beauty to form the pupil’s humanity of which the author of the concept of pedagogy of dialogue writes.
