Summary/Abstract: The Halal standard consists of a number of procedures that must be complied with if the manufacturer wishes to retain the Halal standard in its production process. Halal and Haram products are clearly defined, and this part is not the subject of this paper, the subject of this paper is the products and production processes that have halal certification. The aim of this paper is to present risky places where the procedure necessary for the product to comply with the Halal standard may be disregarded.
