Summary/Abstract: International public law is an offense to the rule of law, "which governs relations between States and other international law subjects" Examples of this are Krakow, Gdansk, and Trieste. Their characteristic features are a single territory, a landlessness, a certain independence, and other features characteristic of sovereign states. Their international rightfulness is self-righteous, as those who have been impressed and existed as such have produced it. International public law is an offense to the rule of law, "which governs relations between States and other international law subjects".
