Summary/Abstract: With this article we propose an addition to Prof. Brezinki’s system ofBulgarian predicates. The statement about the absence of simple nominal, numeraland adverbial predicates is revised. Five new types are introduced – four-component(containing a modal, phase, auxiliary verb and main ingredient – noun / adjective, pronoun, numeral name, adverb or interjection), as well as another type verbalpredicate – four-component, obtained by adding another modal verb to the complexcomposite predicate.
