A Concept of Evolutive Interpretation - Methodological Anchoring of the Interpretative Technique

Summary/Abstract: This paper aims on the evolutive (or evolutionary) interpretation of legal texts. In our legal background we use generally known methods of legal interpretation to which the evolutive interpretation does not belong. This paper shows what the evolutive interpretation of legal texts is, what are its main features, and puts it into context with continental and anglo-american methodological approaches. It thusly serves as an invitation to proper theoretical understanding of this interpretative tool.
