Summary/Abstract: The present article is the second one in the series consecrated by István Pásztori-Kupán to the discussion of William Paul Young’s highly disputed novel. The current study evaluates the charges concerning Young’s alleged ‘Trinitarian errors’ such as Tritheism, Patripassianism, Modalism, as well as his depiction of God the Father in the human form of an African-American lady. As it becomes obvious, the so-called ‘inculturation’ of God is a non-negligible issue. God’s names and his Wisdom, which appears in the form of a lady called Sophia was an important subject of contention amongst modern analysts. The result of the investigation, however, is that these charges could hardly be valid for a book meant to be a confession for one’s children rather than a systematic theological work.
