Summary/Abstract: This paper analyzes some of the strongest and most often cited pro-abortion arguments, namely the right of the pregnant woman to own and decide on her own body, the respect due to intimate and private life, the protection of the mother's interests with priority over the interests of the fetus, showing her counter-arguments and opinions expressed in the specialty literature.
