Prevention of social exclusion of people with disabilities

Summary/Abstract: The paper focuses on the chosen aspects of disabled people’s situation in the period of social change. There are presented reasons related to the need of offering them different forms of support. The article provides the analysis of activities of agents who realize different forms of support for disabled people, that is, the tasks of the Government Plenipotentiary for Disabled People and tasks of welfare institutions. The paper also points to the factors related to disabled people’s social inclusion.
