Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the relation towards the three disputed graphemes (<љ>, <њ>, <ј>) is discussed and, consequently, the attitude towards the reform of Cyrillic alphabet performed by Vuk Stefanović Karadžić. What is observed is to what extent the editors of the Serbo-Dalmatian magazine (Srpsko-dalmatinski magazin) were consistent in the use of the inherited Russian-Slavic and Slavic-Serbian grapheme systems and orthographic principles.
