Is Legal/ Administrative Language Comprehensible to All?

Summary/Abstract: The present article proposes a didactic approach on the subject of teaching/ training in the field of specialized translation and of professional use of legal language and administration language in Romanian and French. We applied our study to three groups of undergraduate and master students from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Modern Languages. We tried also to focus on the question of the different levels of access to documentation in the case of those two types of specialized languages.
