Evaluation of the Services’ Development of Socially Oriented Enterprises at the Level of Subjects at Russian Federation

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the activities of socially oriented enterprises and the services they provide at the level of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation. The main scientific approaches among Russian and foreign practice are given. The possible methods for assessing the development of SOP services are considered. Identified criteria for evaluating the activities of socially oriented enterprises. The principles of evaluation of the development of services of socially oriented enterprises based on the use of organizational and economic drivers are proposed. The indicators included in the monitoring system for assessing the development of services of socially oriented enterprises based on the use of organizational and economic activators have been developed. The approbation of the main methodological approaches to assessing the development of DIS services at the level of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation is shown.
