Summary/Abstract: Risk and unpredictability puts its mark on us and in our everyday life, and even more so in the process of building and implementing a rural / regional development project. Managing the information we have in the process of substantiating the project will play an essential and important role because through the good management of the data and information we have at our disposal, we will have success in implementing the project. Effective use of data and information will generate success in implementing the project. The ultimate goal is that through the data and information that we have in possession, in the construction process and then in the implementation of the project, we will ensure preventive and preventive management of uncertainty and risk of any kind.
