Summary/Abstract: The anti-Albanian propaganda of various Serbian regimes in the last two centuries (XIX-XX) has developed in various forms. At the basis of this propaganda, slander always remained against Albanians and other peoples. For the realization of this process, Serbia's regimes had erected a powerful device under the authority of the Secret Service of Serbia, which, on the one hand, carries criminal scenarios and executes executions, and on the other hand, propaganda institutions, of which was to spread the "criminal drama", according to which Serbs are always presented as victims, while non-Serbs as aggressors and criminals. This was the case with the Albanians, who from the rule of the Ottoman Empire fell under the rule of Serbia and Yugoslavia, which was actually Great Serbia. During the disintegration of Yugoslavia, the Serbian propaganda system has tried to present Albanians to international opinion as a primitive and criminal people, justifying the war against them. The Gebellsian propaganda of the Serbian regime continues even after the liberation of Kosovo. In the service of the Serbian propaganda war there are also various "arguments" in different international centers, known as anti-Americans, among whom you may also encounter well-known names such as: Xavier Raufer, Pierre Pean, Dick Marty, Carla del Ponte ...! Postwar Serbian propaganda also dazzled the world-renowned director, the Bosnian Emir Kusturica, and so on. The slander and deception of Serbian propaganda against Albanians, unfortunately, proved to be successful throughout the 20th century. She had seriously misled the international opinion with the truth about the Albanian nation, as in the time of the Balkan Wars, the Great War, in the period between World War II, during the Second World War, during the Communist era (1955/56, 1968, 1981). Of course, the propaganda institutions of the Serbian regime of Milosevic have tried to deceive the World even in the twentieth century, at the time of the internet, but this time without success! However, despite the new political reality in the Balkans, the evidence proves that the historic battle with the Serbs has ended, but not the war ...!
