Summary/Abstract: Our paper aims to illustrate the importance and challenges of kindness management and leadership in the humanitarian aid mission experienced by the Israeli Delegation to Cebu 2013 in the context that the Typhoon Haiyan hit the Philippines in November 2013. Using the case study method that reflects the personal and professional experience of the first author of the paper, in her professional position as a head nurse, we highlight the different facets of kindness management application.
