Special procedures for administrative appeal of individual administrative acts under Social assistance code, Health law, Social assistance act, Law for integration of people with disabilities

Summary/Abstract: This report provides a comparative analysis of administrative appeal procedures in several laws related to the regulation of social and health rights. The hypotheses of the dispute, the terms and the types of individual administrative acts to be appealed were investigated. The comparison is made between the general rules of the Administrative Procedure Code and the special rules of the Social Assistance Code, the Social Assistance Act, the Law on the Integration of People with Disabilities and the Health Act.
