Summary/Abstract: The following article focuses on the issue of legal interest in the appealing of unlawful normative administrative acts by citizens and legal entities. Judgments by the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Bulgaria concerning the question raised have been examined. An analysis of the case law has been made and legal conclusions have been drawn.
