Summary/Abstract: With the development of science and technology, more and more questions are being raised in the area of bio-law and bioethics which are related to the materiality (biology essence) of the body that gradually exits the zone of unchangeable to become a new space for consumption. The cloning topic raises a number of such issues incorporated in the consideration subject of thе article, which aim to build an informed, fundamental notion of the legally relevant aspects of cloning.
