Summary/Abstract: This report aims to present briefly the lesseе as party to the financial lease agreement. Consideration will also be given to the main legal means of providing real right and obligation protection to the lessee in case of intrusion of the property subject to the financial lease agreement. The report shall present also the results from the case law study to these topics.
