Summary/Abstract: In today’s conditions, with the rapid increase in competition, it is imperative that organizations follow the innovations that occur in the immediate environment and therefore organizational learning is very important. In order for learning to be continuous in organizations, it must be internalized from the lowest to the highest unit. Therefore, organizational learning should take its place within the organizational culture and be adopted by all employees. In order to compete in a world economy with globalization and geographical boundaries, organizational learning has a very important role in developing strategies and maintaining the competitive level of the organization.
