Summary/Abstract: Introduction: Activities in helping professions require the need to follow certain rules. In most cases, these rules are contained in the codes of ethics of various professional associations, unions, chambers, and so on. Even an ethical code of supervision should be ensured in our case for a supervised supervisor, but also for customer of the supervisor security and protection under the professional status and organization itself. Ethical dilemmas in supervisor's work relate particularly in mediating certain topics of client supervision thus management of social service facilities. Core: Even Kadushin (2014) highlights maintaining principles in the supervisor's work, when he claims that ethics in the work of a supervisor requires him to act ethically and humane towards supervised persons. It is the ethical responsibility of the supervisor to meet the legitimate requirements of the supervised man, to objectively and fairly evaluate him, avoid misuse of force majeure and apply supervision conscientiously and responsibly. Other authors likewise point out the problem of ethics in the supervisor's work, such as Howkins, Shohet (2004), who collectively remark, that supervisors are morally responsible if they do not regularly deal with supervised, they do not care about their work and do not perform timely performance evaluations, or if they fail to uncover or prevent negligent handling of clients. Both the supervisor and the supervised person are unethical if they are presented as being able to provide services where they do not have experience or are not competent.
