Summary/Abstract: Introduction: The development of globalization has placed particular challenges for healthcare companies. Achieving competitiveness has become a necessity not only for enterprises wishing to internationalize their business, but also for those who want to achieve success in domestic market, where high-quality products of foreign companies actively implemented. The above-mentioned high-competitiveness of enterprises is associated with dynamic transformations in the sphere of management, which significantly limits the possibilities of copying already implemented strategies. There is a need to analyze and rationalize strategic moves of companies in the health care sector. The presented work is in a sense a pioneering work on the Polish scientific landscape, because it addresses the issues of public health change and issues related to it in an integration, from strategic and international perspective, which at the same time indicates solutions of the health care sector present in global perspective. Based on these acquirements, the main goal that the author of this work set for himself are: It is the definition (including interorganizational influences of constituent elements) of the development strategy in the literature and on the health care market in Poland, gathering, analyzing and systematizing knowledge on public health and public health strategies, as well as proposing own conceptual solutions. As part of such a goal, objectives with a much higher level of detail were formulated.
