Summary/Abstract: Introduction: After radical surgery or after irradiation of patients, problems with subsequent cosmetic defects in the area of the eye or face are also solved. After treatment, the effects of stress, depression, and personality traits are seen as potential factors contributing to their development. The results of the studies have not yet confirmed the causal relationship between intrapsychiatric variables and oncological diseases, but their influence has been confirmed on the course of the disease and its treatment (Furdová and Oláh, 2010; Furdova and Sramka, 2014; Kaliki and Shields, 2017). Methods and Material: In a group of patients with eye and eye tumors who underwent surgery we monitored localization, type of tumor, range of surgical performance and application of individual prostheses, epithesis. Results: In a group of 118 patients, we indicated the enucleation (removal of the eyeball) in 98 patients, removal of the eyeball with a part of the orbital tissue in 6 patients, and in 6 patients we indicated radical complete exenteration.
