Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the contribution of books published in Bialystok and Grodno, or prepared by local natives in the description of the Belarusian People’s Republic heritage in phaleristics. The author’s attention is focused on the analysis of the BPR badges, orders, award items, and their cultural and historical context. It is argued that, according to the publications, the BPR phaleristic investigators study the symbolism of search for better and fair fate for people in Belarus in cooperation with the neighboring nations. What is more, the author argues that the symbolism possesses elements of esoterics, artistic aesthetics and well-grounded historicism.
