Summary/Abstract: In this work, the author exposed some principal information on trade and traffic accross Serbia, in the area lying between Turkey and Austria at the time when Serbia made part of the Austrian Empire (1717-1739). He particularly presented data contained in the principal Kontumac protocol of Paraćin, which have been only segmentary preserved in the Vienna War Archives. These information might significantly lead to conclusions concerning the amount of traffic, the types and quantities of goods and cattle that were transferred, i.e. expulsed from Turkey to Austria, as well as the ethnic affiliation of their owners.
