Summary/Abstract: The increasing importance of CSR concept requires adjusting enterprise strategy to the idea of sustainable development. Investor relations responsible for reducing the asymmetric information and shaping the positive image of the company should be also adjusted. Investor relations are now facing new challenges connected with the problem of effective CSR reporting. The main objective of this paper is to identify the CSR reporting models that can be applied in the corporate communication strategy. These models are followed by the analysis of the CSR reporting practices based on the content analysis of corporate websites and annual reports of the largest public companies.
