Summary/Abstract: The gender – funerary inventory relation in the Bronze Age from Southern Romania has shown us that the information which we have disposed for most of the cultural manifestations, did not allow the identification of behavior related to the funerary rite and ritual depending on sex and age. A large part of the Bronze Age communities did not use distinct funerary behavior for the men, women and children deceased. This aspect was also proven by the scarcity of the weaponry, which should have been found in the funerary inventory of the men burials, or by the animal offerings, which, might have been placed in certain burials according to the gender / age of the deceased.
