Delay and a Divided Europe

Summary/Abstract: The author's reflections concern the psychological state of the Project Europe after its enlargement. The author compares the new Union members to school children who have been transferred to a new school and have to adapt to its rules which creates problems not only for the children and the former school children but also for the school as such since the school has its own plans for a future enlargement.
