Summary/Abstract: The study aims to present a comparative research considering some juridical institutions regulated în Romanian Labor Code and in the Labor Code of Republic of Moldova. First, we have presented and explained the research method based on differential mathematical functions. Secondly, we have underlined and briefly analyzed several different regulations of the Moldavian Labor Code that can be considered as a posible basis for improving Romanian regulations. For example, in the case of the posting of workers, the regulation in the Republic of Moldova stipulates that the worker's agreement is mandatory, unlike the Romanian regulation, which allows employers to impose such changes of the job over a long period of time (maximum one year). However, despite the differences presented, we consider that these two Labor Codes are following the same principles and express homogeneity as a rezult of a profound phenomenon of legal acculturation.
