Summary/Abstract: The European Union, since its inception, was a fortified building, the essential purpose of which was supported by each Member State's desire to attain the culmination of peace, economic prosperity in the light of the political ideals continuously Envelopment. Backed by fundamental principles, the European project has evolved from "experiment" to a functional building of particular importance for the whole of Europe. By incorporating a considerable number of attractive perspectives, the process of joining the European Union was particularly complex, involving states with different levels of development. The success of the European Community, thus constituted, marked the non-member States, developing, to amplifies national efforts in order to minimise existing errors and raise the degree of accession to the Union.
