Summary/Abstract: To whom does the happiness belong? Who gives us this right? Is this a choice? Happiness is in our hands! It’s an exclusive choice of ours.At the psychological and emotional level, happiness is just a state we choose according to our gratitude. Happiness it is not just a psychological notion. The pragmatism of some areas such as biochemistry or neurophysiology has been proven. When we ask ourselves what makes us happy we think about the circumstances, the possessions or the people we love. In fact, happiness is a chemical experience.Neurophysiological, four major neurochemicals, hormones and neurotransmitters generated in the brain are fundamentally responsible for creating the sensations and emotions we associate with happiness.
