Summary/Abstract: In March 2019, the normative acts in the field of justice were amended, as well as Law no. 51/1995 for the organization and practice of the lawyer’s profession. Moreover, the following were amended in the same month: Law of national education no. 1/2011, Law no. 176/2018 on internships, Law no. 176/2010 on integrity in exercising public offices and dignities, as well as the Government Decision no. 341/2007 on the classification into the category of high level officials, career management and mobility of high level officials. In March 2019 as well, the State social insurance budget Law no. 47/2019 for the year 2019 and Law no. 50/2019 regarding the State budget for the year 2019 were published in the Official Journal.
