Summary/Abstract: Further to the activity of the Constitutional Court, in January 2019, in March 2019, several judgments were published (allowed objections of unconstitutionality) and they related to: Law for approval of the thresholds of certain ratios indicated in the fiscal and budgetary framework for the year 2019, Law on the Romanian Administrative Code, Law no. 35/1997 on the organization and operation of the Ombudsman’s institution, Law regarding the declassification of certain documents, Law on the approval of the G.E.O. no. 105/2017 for the amendment of art. 23 paragraph (1) letter c) of the Law no. 407/2006 for hunting and protection of the game, Law no. 51/1991 on national security of Romania, Law for the amendment and supplement of certain normative acts in electoral matter.
