Summary/Abstract: Ritual Prayer (Salah) is, one of the most important concepts of Koran and Hadith. Ritual Prayer means “prayer, congratulation, compassion, praising, connection, sublimation, remembering the exalted Creator " in dictionary. In this study, we dealt with the Ritual Prayer from the point of Islamic Mysticism and psychological perspective. We benefited from some of the mystic books, while we were dealing with the subject matter. We tried to give information about the elements of Ritual Prayer such as Upholding (Kıyam), Rükû (Rükû) and Prostration (Sajdah). We dealt with the elements of Ritual Prayer within the psychological concepts and the framework of some Sufis ’ interpretations such as Sühreverdî, Hucvirî, Kelâbazî, Muhasibî and İbn Arabî.
