Summary/Abstract: In April 2019, amendments were brought to the Fiscal Code, by two distinct regulations, to the Methodological Norms for application of the Fiscal Code and to the Labour Code, as well. Moreover, in the same month, the Law on the legal profession and the Law on national education were also amended, the latter being amended by three distinct regulations. In April 2019 as well, Law no. 535/2004 on preventing and fighting terrorism and Law no. 211/2004 on certain measures for the protection of victims of crime were also amended.
