Summary/Abstract: On the basis of some new historical sources, the author offers several informations, besides those already known, and explains the political circumstances in which the roads and streets network situation of the city of Iasi was made in 1853. It was the time of the last “hospodar” of Moldavia Principality, Grigore Al. Ghica, during which a new edition of the Eastern crisis broke out, and the country was invaded by the Russian troops (June, 1853), followed by the Austrian ones (June, 1854). The annexed document is complementary to another one, published almost two decades ago, and gives very important details regarding: location, sizes, material structure, and state of the roads and streets in the city which, at that time, fulfilled the role of the capital of the country of Moldavia.
